200m warm up, 4X200m swim, 4X200m kicking , 4X400m swim = 3.4km in 1h20mins?!
OW's friend drove me to the mrt station! Damn cooooool. Mum came to fetch me.
Bought dinner home. Slept around 11 plus. Woke up at 7.17am. -.- Dad!!! ):

WORK HARDER ST ELIZABETH! WIN IT BACK NEXT YEAR!
Fidelis came over my house after her school. Changed and walked to her house. Took a bus to stadium after buying food. Met Dawn there.
Overall, sports day was great. & my arms are aching now ): Went for dinner after that with Gab, Natalie and Fidelis at Nihon Mura. Love the food there! We shall go there again. Left around 8.30pm. Camwhored outside like crazy! (Y) But too bad, my camera was down. Took 76 home together! Bus journey was great. Laughed like never before. Coaching again tomorrow.

Headed to swensens for lunch with mum yesterday.
Went to fetch my brother and friends to it fair! (:
Walked around with mum and I saw Yuemin, Victoria, Vincent, Lucinda, Meiyan, Jacqueline, Yuwen, Olivia, Cheryl and Daryn.
So many people! HAHAHAHA! Hmm, bought a laptop there! ^^

Training sets for yesterday was 300m warm up, 6X100m kicking, 6X100m pulling, 500m drilling, 5X100m sprints, 4X50m sprints, 300m warm down. 3K again -.- Hopefully Ms Wong can increase the distance.

Went for medical checkup and all with mum in the morning at amk.
The queue was super long, and waiting time = frustrating!
Anyway, went home to wait for sf's call. Hop onto the bus to amk.
Took train down to 313 for lunch and to buy lover's earphones.
Went to suntec after that to get sf's wallet and dhoby ghaut to meet others.
Met up with Melissa and Suhan first. Went to choose the cakes.
Waited for Lijie and surprised Gina. Had dinner at swensens! <3
Food = superb! ^^ Walked around and went home around 7 plus.

A long day tomorrow again. & I'm heading to www with Zeb and Ep! (:

Had lunch with sf and petrina before training yesterday.
Training sets were 300m warm up, 6X100m kicking, 6X100m pulling, 8X50m sprints, 4X200m swim, 300m warm down.
3K in total again.

Went for training yesterday. Yiwei, sf and lover came over to my house for lunch. Cabbed down for training cause we were plain lazy to wait for bus! Changed and went down to the pool. Dear bee just have to push me down the pool when I was wearing my cap! Luckily I didn't hit one of the sec 1. Training menu was 300m warm up, 6X100m kicking, 6X100m pulling, 6X50m sprints, 4X200m IM sprints, 400m warm down. 3K in total! Bathed and left the pool. Went home with lover, bee, sf and yiwei. Supposed to ko on the bed but couldn't!

Just came back from ESPS P5 YOG Camp! & it's awesome-est! (: Coaches are funny and amiable! I like (:

Day 1:
Met husband and zz at zz's house. Cabbed to some weird place to gather. Had bonding session and games tryouts till midnight. Dinner was chicken rice = not nice. Debrief, bathe and slept at 2.30am. I made new friends! <3.

Day 2 :
Woke up at 5.30am. Wash up and all. Left the place at 6am. Didn't sleep throughout the whole journey to esps. Joyce slept like a log. HAHA. Yada yada and left the school around 8 plus 9. Bus journey to LAC was so long but never sleep again. Too noisy! Brought the kids up to the hall for bonding and ice breakers. Campers in my group were (Y)! Had high elements after lunch. So boring I swear. We sat there and stone. Amni was talking to me and I slept under my sunglasses. Sorry amni. I left her talking to space. Sent the kids to bathe at 6pm. Rushed them like mad. Dinner was great. After dinner was games! Esps kids are just way too enthu = (L). LIghts off at 11.15pm. Debrief till 1.30am. Bathed and slept.

Day 3 :
Woke up at 5.57am when I have sentry duty at 6am -.- Got ready and all. Campfire at night was GREAT! (: Lights off at 11.15pm. Debrief till 2am ):

Day 4 :
Woke up at 7am. Luckily. Hmmm, left the place only about 11 or 12pm. Departed from esps and left for lunch with Jiawen, Nicolette, Xuanqi, Fatimah, Joannalee(?), Jackie and Eric. HAHA. Had a great great time at subway. Laughed like mad! LOL :D Left around 3.30pm and took a bus to Hougang Pool. Didn't manage to sleep ): Went for dinner with sf and yiwei. Went home around 8pm.

Camps are great! I wanna go again! (look here zz) HAHAHAHA!

Nicole came over my house around 12 plus and we went to hq's house to collect my phiten necklace and earpiece.
Walked to bus stop outside school after that. Waited for lover, sf and lynn to come out. Had lunch at macs.
I love Nicole's botak teddy bear! (: HAHAHAHA Lynn was laughing like mad. Train-ed to Hougang and took a bus there.
The sec1s were there even before 3.30pm -.- Trng was boring.
200m warm up, 10X100m kicking, 8X50m kicking sprints, 6X100m pulling, 2X50m sprint, 400m warm down. 2.7km only.
Wth, training distance is getting lesser and lesser. Hmmm, shall go for water polo training sooon! ):

19th :
Went for training at Hougang and amk hub after that.
Homed around 8pm. Damn tired. ):

20th :
Mum fetched me to sf's house in the morning.
Took bus to queensway. Worst trip. Stupidest uncle ever.
Shops weren't open yet. So we went to Ikea for breakfast.
Bought my shoes and went str8 to marina square.
& I bought my phiten necklace! ( there's only 3 ) *hints.
Went to walk around before going back.
Went home first and left for hq's house.
Met py along the way and went up together.
Steamboat for dinner and the games!
Wheeeeeee, best part was the snatching of angbaos.
I've got 20 bucks! ^^ Played mahjong, blackjack and twister.
Everyone left around 12am except for Ml, Sy, Angie, Py and me.
Watched some 'horror' show that made some of us sleep. -.-
Woke up to play twister. Lol. Went for breakfast around 4.30am.
Back to hq's house to chat. Left at 7.45am.

21st :
Reached home at 8am. Slept till 11.30am and off for coaching.
Coach came to fetch me. (: Ow and Cl came late! HAHAHA.
Daryl is so so so cute! <3 to the max right Aa ( Alexandra Chua )!
& Aa, I can't wait for the 7th! We're finally gonna meet after so long.

Days have been great with the awesome companies! (:
Monday - Caught Valentine's day with Sm ,Py and Lz.
Tuesday - Met up with Ep, Patricia, Pong and Vic.
Wednesday - Rotting home. Aunt's house for dinner later & meeting Py, Bff, Sy and Ml.
Thursday - Rot. Friday - Rot. Saturday - CNY gathering at Hq's house. Sunday - Coaching with Jw.

I hope next week is nicely packed with the camp! *prays hard.
